INGREDIENTS (18cm mold):
235gr of flour (type 00, 0)
75gr of peach 235gr flour
55gr of rice oil @crudolio
90g of sugar (or 70g of stevia)
135g of water
1 lemon zest
A sachet of baking powder
METHOD:
In a bowl, combine water, oil, sugar (or stevia) and mix until the latter is well dissolved.
At this point, add the zest of a well sifted lemon and flour: the dough should be smooth and without lumps.
Incorporate the yeast into the mixture, finally the peaches and mix.
Pour the mixture into a mold at 18cm, add peaches on the surface and bake at 175 ° in a static oven for 40/45 minutes.
