¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
2 large eggs, room temperature
½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
¼ cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup sliced peaches, patted dry
⅓–½ cup fresh raspberries, patted dry
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
Melt the butter, whisk in the wet ingredients, and stir until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Pour the batter into a prepared pan and top with slices of peach and fresh raspberries. Bake until golden and fluffy, cool on a wire rack, and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
