This is the final stretch of your 2-Week DanceBody Dance Cardio and Sculpt Workouts. It's day 10! Follow COO and Co-Founder, Courtnay, as she takes you through your last set of Dance Cardio…and it’s a spicy one! Expect to see fewer repetitions and higher intensity movement.
During the Sculpt exercises, Courtnay will lead you through resistance band exercises that target the back of the body and triceps, with the added challenge of balance. The leg workouts for the next three days will focus on lifting your glutes while incorporating your abdominal muscles through multidimensional exercises.
