Your rotator cuffs do hard work! They're responsible for stabilizing the ball part of your ball-and-socket joint, and they're also responsible for the range of motion in your shoulder. Think about putting a shirt over your head, pulling your hair back, or reaching up to a tall shelf - all of these things bring your rotator cuffs into play. This 24-minute sequence with Rachel (they/them) focuses on building strength + mobility in your shoulder — all to support our everyday lives.
