Ingredients:
200 g whole wheat flour
500 g bread flour
1 package of instant yeast
450 g warm water
12 g salt
2 tbsp coconut sugar or agave nectar
1 gallon boiling water
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp molasses
everything bagel seasoning
sesame seeds
cornmeal to add to the bottom of baking trays
