At 12:00:03, the city of Moore conducted a weekly test of their outdoor warning siren system on Saturday, December 20, 2025. This test consisted of a 3 minute alert.
I was debating on distant recording Veterans Memorial Park or doing this again. And last minute, I decided to come here. Around 10 till, another enthusiast showed up, so that was cool.
And before you start asking, yes, the 508 is intended to replace the Thunderbolt in the future. The 508 is there in case the Thunderbolt suffers non-repairable damage.
This duo can be found at Parmele Park. These 2, along with 42 other sirens, are tested every Saturday at noon. The test may be canceled if there is rain nearby, or if severe weather is expected in the area.
