Описание: In this video we will review two classic Soviet cars, the Moskvich 408 and the Moskvich 407 GAI. Both of these models were produced in the 1960s and served as official cars for the Soviet authorities.

The Moskvich 408 was a small family car that replaced the Moskvich 407 as the main production model. It had a longer wheelbase than its predecessor and a more modern design. It was powered by a four-cylinder engine with overhead camshafts and a four-speed manual transmission. It had a top speed of about 100 km/h and a fuel consumption of about 10 liters per 100 km. It was available in three body styles: sedan, estate and van. The color of the car was usually blue, but it could also be red or black.

The GAZ-21 “Pobeda” was a larger executive car that replaced the GAZ-M20 Pobeda in 1956. It was developed in the early 1950s and introduced many features that were considered luxury at the time, such as reclining front seats, cigarette lighter, heater, windshield washer and radio. It had a powerful V8 engine with an automatic transmission that could reach speeds of up to 120 km/h. It had a high ground clearance and a rugged suspension that made it suitable for rough roads. It was available in two body styles: sedan and wagon.

Both of these cars were very popular among the Soviet citizens and enjoyed a high status in society. They were also featured in many movies, TV shows and books as symbols of Soviet power and prestige.
