Today I’m using a John Bull Country Cider kit, which will make approximately 40 pints.

Equipment:
Steriliser
2 x fermentation buckets with lids and airlocks
Large Stirring Spoon
Thermometer
Hydrometer
Syphon
Sample Tube
(Heat pad)
Empty sterilised bottles or a pressure barrel
Ingredients:
Concentrated fruit juice – in the kit
Yeast – in the kit
1kg sugar / brewing sugar – you will need to purchase this separately.
