Hi. I like cider and I like making the John Bull cider kit as I like the finished cider. Appley, slight scrumpiness, dry but not over dry, a good level of acidic bite that gets the mouth watering.
Once made and bottled, its best left for a few months to condition in the bottles, but if you like it a little sweeter, you can add some sugar just before you drink it or use a sweetener just before you bottle it.
Anyway, whatever way you like your cider, give this method a go.
