Learn to belly dance online with workout classes!! This belly dance workout will build up a sweat and teach you key belly dance moves. I love horizontal figure eights. Figure 8s are a graceful and flowing belly dance move, but they also work the core and the hips, as well as isolations. In this 15 minute workout, you'll build core and hips strength and work your heart rate too. They moves can be difficult, so start with the basic and build over time. Try focusing on the move, then try doing it without thinking - you might surprise yourself!
