Choose your three gears for the workout.
Changing to a stronger gear on each interval.
Cadence between 80 to 90 RPM.
Warm-up: 10-minutes, easy gear and cadence
1st interval: 3-minutes, medium gear
2nd interval: 2-minutes, medium-hard gear
3rd interval: 1-minute, hard gear
Recovery: 5-minutes in between sets easy gear and cadence.
