4 intervals of repetitions for each set
Adjust resistance to medium-high level
Warm-up 10-minutes, easy gear and cadence
1st interval: 15-sec. at 100-RPM
switched to 15-sec. at 80-RPM
2nd interval: 30-sec. at 100-RPM
switched to 30-sec. at 80-RPM
3rd interval: 45-sec. at 100-RPM
switched to 45-sec. at 80-RPM
4th interval: 60-sec. at 100-RPM
switched to 3-minutes recovery at 80-RPM
