How to do the flat dumbbell bench press. The Flat Dumbbell Chest Press is one of the classic exercises for the chest and arguably one of the most popular.
In this video I will show you how to execute the flat dumbbell chest press step by step and adapt the correct form. As a result this will allow you to target the chest with maximum affect with minimum risk to injury.
To activate the chest drop your shoulders down & back so that you dig your scapula into the bench, creating an arc in the lower back. Push your chest out and tuck the elbows in around 45-60 degrees to prevent any injury on the shoulders.
