can guide effective communication, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making in today’s fast-paced environments. Drawing from classical texts, philosophical traditions, and indigenous learning methods, the workshop highlights practical insights into Emotional Mastery under
Pressure, Deep Work and Habit Systems, Strategic Communication, Conflict Navigation, Critical Thinking, and Career Readiness. Each module connects ancient thought with contemporary relevance, helping participants build calm focus, clarity, and compassion in their personal and professional interactions. Participants would get an opportunity to explore and
develop concepts like self-awareness, emotional balance and stronger sense of responsibility. Through reflective activities, discussions, and experiential tasks, participants will understand how values rooted in Indian Knowledge Systems—such as self-awareness (sva-parichaya), disciplined effort (abhyāsa), and balanced living (samatva)—can strengthen resilience and workplace harmony.
