Everest Windows: Visit The Factory With Craig Doyle

Описание: Craig Doyle has been our Everest Ambassador for almost 20 years and he recently visited our new factory for a behind-the-scenes look at how our quality windows and doors are made.

"I've been working with Everest for almost 20 years now, and it has been the greatest time. I've been there for all the different parts of the journey. I guess I feel like part of the family—kind of like the naughty cousin! I know all the different teams and, of course, the all-important sales crew, and it has been an absolute blast."

Craig got to see our cutting-edge technology and skilled craftsmanship that is behind our high-performance windows and doors.

"What astounds me about Everest is the size of the operation, the investment in technology, as well as the attention to detail and commitment to creating a product that will stand the test of time. Having worked with Everest for all this time, it's really exciting to visit the UK factory and see all the processes and machinery across these huge buildings. From laser cutting glass to flood-filling triple-glazed units with Argon gas, not to mention all these intricately programmed machines and, of course, skilled workers who are cutting, welding, and drilling to make high-performing windows to the exact millimeter."

Craig also got to learn about how Everest recycles old windows and factory offcuts to create brand-new products, reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly solutions.

"The recycling facility really is something else. It's incredible how meticulous Everest is about recycling as much waste as possible, from breaking down the old windows they take out from their customers' homes to the offcuts in the factory. It all gets chipped down and extruded into making new windows and doors."
