Everest windows quality installation?

Описание: This must be the longest fitting ever, OVER 18 MONTHS.....
Day one seemed to go very well, the installers even left all there tools in our kitchen over night. Next day they turned up for the tools and left and did not come back that day. from there on they were rushing when they returned.
One of the installers was taken to hospital by ambulance with heart issues which left just one installer who struggled without any apparant support from the company. He struggled up stairs with a massive window as our bedroom carpet flooded.A large window was left 3 storeys up on the top of the scaffolding for days and fell with a thud in the middle of the night during a storm. I
do not blame the installers as they obviously were not supported or monitored correctly. The guy in hospital was not even visited by his manager and without the actions of the guy left on his own our house would have been flooded by the heavy rain. The installers we had were wearing EVEREST uniforms and had the van however must have been self employed. I have letters, e-mails, photos and recordings.... I was told via e-mail a director and others would meet with me but after I paid my bill I have heard nothing, surprise surprise...….. well once I get the time I will make a better recording and possibly use other media methods. I'm surprised they stay in business !!!! My experience
