A Doldol businessman is nursing gunshot injuries, after he was shot by robbers at his shop in Doldol Town, Laikipia County.
Atanasio Kanyithia who is recuperating at the Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital, was shot in the shoulder after he confronted the thugs who had broken into his shop. The armed robbers fled with stolen items. Doldol residents who decried increased cases of insecurity in the area, called on security agencies to intervene and restore security in the area.
