Today's video is a TWIST & CLEANSE practice where we focus on DETOXING the body. Yoga twists help to wring out the organs and the calming effects yoga help the body to more easily get rid of waste. This practice is slightly challenging so be sure to listen to your body throughout this practice and use modifications as needed. By the way, some videos contain a Savasana and some do not, so feel free to make time for a Savasana for the videos that don't have one.
