These are great with tea or coffee, and somewhere between a cracker and a cookie. I also think the dough would make a great piecrust for both sweet and savory applications.

Recipe: Makes about 40 cookies

250g curd, strained
300g flour
200g butter
1/2 tsp salt
some sugar for sprinkling
1 tsp baking powder
Mix butter and sugar well with your hands, Kneed in flour, salt, and baking powder until a pliable dough is formed.
Set in the fridge for an hour.
Preheat oven to 190C/375F
Roll out on a floured board and cut circles out of it. Put on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes until starting to brown.
Let cool and enjoy.and sprinkle with sugar.
