Ingredients :
Onion 1 no
Amaranthus leaves 1 cup
Methi leaves ½ cup
Green peas ¼ cup
Carrot ¼ cup
Green chilly 3 no’s
Ginger (chopped) 1 inch pieces
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Sprouts 1 cup
Method:
1. Boil the water In a pressure cooker and add onions, amaranthus leaves, methi leaves, green peas, carrot, green chilly, chopped coriander, finely chopped ginger, cumin seeds, mix it and cook it for 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes add sprouts cook it for 4 - 5 minutes.
3. Serve hot healthy kichidi.
