Popular indian snack,easy to make can also be packed as tiffin snacks for kids. made with semiya and all purpose flour.

Ingredients :
Vermicelli 1 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Suji rava ¼ cup
Baking powder pinch
Baking soda pinch
Curd ½ cup
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Onions 1 no
Green chilli 3 no’s
Coriander ½ bunch
Method :
Roast the vermicelli in a hot pan by adding ghee.
Add add some water cook it for 2 minutes then transfer this to in a bowl.
In this add all purpose flour, suji rava, baking powder, baking soda, curd, salt, mix it well.
Pour 1 ladle of uttapam batter and spread it in a circle on tawa.
Top the uttapam with chopped onions, green chilli, coriander and add some oil on the sides and top.
Once the base of uttapam is cooked turn the other side and cook it for a minute.
Serve it with coconut chutney
