Picanha steak (Rare), made popular in Brazil! Oven baked, cold grill & torch method. Picanha (Bottom Sirloin) is definitely the Queen of steaks..special shout out to "Sous Vide Everything” for turning me onto these steaks! One of the best and tastiest steaks there is, oven, cold grill & torch method. Cooked rare to 140°, and let rest for 8 minutes on the grilled steaks, and 4 minute rest on the torched seared steak.
Layering flavors is something I like to focus on...so you can taste each ingredient to its fullest! Whether it’s, baked, grilled, boiled, broiled, BBQ’d, poached, sautéed, fried, deep fried, or not cooked at all, I gotcha covered!
