If you have problems with neck pain when using one of these specialty pillows, then I highly recommend the Tri-Core Cervical Support Pillow in the petite size. In the video I briefly mentioned that years ago I had this amazing pillow that worked really well and made it so I could always sleep on my back. I finally rediscovered the exact pillow and it was the Tri-Core Cervical Support Pillow in petite. I am going to buy one now and maybe will end up reviewing it later. I don't recommend trying to buy a knock off similar one on Amazon, as I did that in the past and that pillow is sitting in my closet to this day. I should have returned it but I did not.
