Hey friends! In this video I'm sharing 3 super easy vegan & gluten free chocolate recipes that I think you'll love. These treats are staples in my kitchen and I enjoy a few of them every day.
The best part is that they're adaptable to what you have on hand.
I'm making:
granola chocolate bars
dark chocolate nut clusters
super food chocolate cups with 2 versions for the filling
For the chocolate cup filling # 1 (firm filling)
2 tablespoons coconut butter
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon powdered xylitol or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon or more super foods of choice
Filling # 2 (creamy filling)
2 tablespoons coconut butter
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon warm water
1 teaspoon or more super foods of choice
