Hi, everybody. These mini cherry cheesecakes turned out well. The recipe actually said it would make more than it did, or maybe I just filled the cupcake wrappers too full? Either way, they were really good, even without the cherry topping. The recipe I used isn't my recipe, so I'll put the link to it down below. I recommend these, but just know that it didnt make as many as it said on the recipe.
This video is the 'no talking' version. I'll be uploading the 'soft-spoken' version soon though.
