Hello Beautiful People!
You guys have asked and I am delivering! Here is a day in a life with me including several eating tips including how to accurately track you're calories. The app that I am currently using is My Fitness Pal and have been using it my whole journey. Being in a calorie deficit has been wonderful for me and has allowed me to be very flexible with my eating.

I intake 1,500 calories a day (My calorie deficit)
Meals:
Breakfast: Real Egg Whites, Spinach, Microwave Bacon, and Cheese with Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt (233 calories)
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Fair Life Vanilla Protein Shake (330 Calories)
Snack: Special K Chocolate Chip Protein Bar with HEB Greek Honey Yogurt (280 Calories)
Dinner: Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce with Bell-peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms (548 calories)
Dessert: Enlightened Cookies and Cream Ice Cream (108 Calories)
