I'm Cassandra Lee. I'm a family nurse practitioner working at Community Medical Associates and Ottman, a nurse practitioner, is your primary care provider. We see patients from the upper teen years all the way to end of life. We do the primary care. We wanna make sure you are healthy, you stay healthy, and we treat any chronic illness that you have or any urgent illness or injuries that you have. Our primary focus is to keep you healthy and, um, keep you at your highest level of health that you have. My patient care philosophy is to be a partner with you and for us to make decisions together to get you to your highest level of health and keep you there. For patients with chronic illness, that's gonna look a little different than if you're already healthy, but my main focus is prevention and then to manage those chronic illnesses.

We're partners in this and I can't do it without you. I got my bachelor's in nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. Um, I grew up all over, but I lived in Louisville for 12 years and then during the pandemic I moved to the eastern shore of Maryland and we are excited to be back in Louisville. It's one of my favorite places to live. We're so happy to be here and to start our adventure with Norton. I am very busy. I have a 14 year old son and we are very active in Boy Scouts Troop one here in Louisville. So we are always outside camping, hiking. We have two dogs and we do canine sports with our wit. Um, when I have a few moments alone, I like to bake and to cook and just enjoy the outdoors.
