Where friendship lasers fail, technological lasers can still prevail. (Disclaimer: this strategy doesn't actually use Static.)
Bluu's BSW strategy is outdated due to Pandora's Sloth being bug fixed, and I'm pretty bad at using BSW, so here's (yet another) Technomancer video.
The key innovation is to use pet dragon and Aging to hit Sloth thresholds consistently. With 102 CHA, there's a 97.5% chance you hit the threshold with the strategy, and even with 73 CHA, there's still a 92% chance to hit it. Other than that, just do standard Techno stuff. EDIT: It's now 100% to hit the threshold thanks to Kid Dragon being adjusted to do more damage :)
No DC/DM/SO/Seasonal Items were used.
