No food, no chi.
This strategy doesn't rely on any rng. As long as you watch your health and equip -health equipment when healing, you should be fine. I even somehow missed twice on my untangle (with gamble) at the end.
2 potions were used for safety (though you could probably do it with 1 or 0).
200 INT / 200 END / 45 WIS
dragon: 200 assistance, 200 mischief, 199 protection, 1 fighting

SoulForged Scythe (Ice) (shown Ice Scythe)
Wings of the Unraveler III
Fierce DragonLord Helm
Defender’s Dragon Ring XXXII
Defender’s Dragon Necklace XXXV
Defender’s Dragon Belt XXIII
Elemental Unity Defender XV
Legion Bracer
Essential equipment swapped in during fight:
Blade of Awe shown when fighting Kathool
-Health equipment like Slimy Necklace and Sea Chicken’s Conquest (or any other -20health weapon) when healing
After killing doggo it might be good to increase your all by equipping Wings of The Thousand Infernos and +13all weapon (if you don’t have Gloom Glaive, Ultra OmniKnight Blade is fine)
Changed the music to another soundtrack that belongs to Artix Entertainment.
