Ingredients
• Minced soya chunks
• Boiled green peas – mashed
• Boiled potato – mashed
• Salt – as per taste
• Red chilli powder – to taste
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Peri peri masala – to taste
• Turmeric – a pinch
For Coating
• Corn flour
• Water (to make slurry)
• Crushed cornflakes
Other
• Oil – for brushing
• Mayonnaise – for serving

Method
• In a mixing bowl, add minced soya chunks, mashed peas, and mashed potato.
• Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, peri peri masala, and turmeric.
• Mix everything well to form a uniform mixture.
• Shape the mixture into nuggets.
• Prepare a corn flour slurry using corn flour and water.
• Dip each nugget into the slurry, then coat with crushed cornflakes.
• Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes.
• Arrange nuggets in the basket and brush oil lightly on top.
• Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
• Cook until golden and crispy.
• Serve hot with mayonnaise.
