After disembarking from our Alaska cruise, we decided to stay at The Edgewater Hotel. It was an excellent choice! We literally walked off the ship and went right next door to check in. It was incredibly convenient—no rushing, no transportation, just a leisurely stroll to our room.
The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Seattle, especially the waterfront, as it’s the only hotel on the water.
The hotel has a legendary reputation, having hosted many famous bands, including The Beatles. They even have a special room called The Beatles Suite. There are photos of them fishing right from their room on the walls, along with other iconic guests who have stayed there.
The rooms are very nice and add an extra welcoming touch with a little Teddy Bear wearing an Edgewater T-shirt waiting on your bed. They’re so cute that you’ll want to take this little souvenir home, which is why they actually sell them. :)
