Brennos receives a vision from the Platinum Sword, of the god Tyr and his interactions with the Morndinsammon before Tyr left on a singular crusade against the Abyss (from which he has yet to return). The party leaves the Cabin-in-the-Swamp and encounters the resident tribe of lizard folk, who have been subjugated by a tribe of cannibalistic bullywugs. The party travels to the Castle-in-the-Swamp in search for treasure. At the castle, they find three loosely aligned factions, lizard folk servants, bullywugs and Chromatic Ascendancy cultists. The party interrupts a vile feast prepared by the bullywug shaman of Ramenos, while a horrible and chaotic threat gathers in the catacombs beneath the castle.
