As many as 16,960 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Odisha post vaccination. Of these, 9154 persons were infected after the first dose while 7806 persons tested positive after second dose vaccination. As per a study, the infection rate among vaccinated population is only 0.13 percent. Odisha Health Services Director Bijay Mohapatra informed this on Wednesday
