Описание: Start in closed guard with strong posture and grip the opponent’s belt with both hands to control their hips. Walk your knees back and come up onto your toes to create base and pressure. From here, step one knee forward and wedge it between their hips, driving your weight forward to split the closed guard. As the guard opens, stabilize your posture, control their legs, and immediately connect to your passing sequence while staying balanced to prevent re-guard.
