Balance & Lower Body Strength Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Bodyweight & Weights!

Strengthen your lower body and improve your balance with this all standing 30 minute workout for the lower body. You can do the entire workout using just bodyweight or you can add weights in the second half. I'm using a pair of 8 pound (3.6kg) dumbbells, but you can use heavier as well! Add larger weights as you grow stronger. A pair of ankle weights would be great for this workout as well.
We will perform exercises to improve our balance by utilizing all the major and supporting muscle groups in our legs including: glutes, calves, inner and outer thighs.
