This was a really important video for me to make personally. Many of my friends and colleagues have shared over the years how intimidated they are by luxury shopping, and often times don't venture in at all. Did you ever wonder what the lines are about? (Beyond what you're told by the stores.. my opinion in this video). Wonder why you feel like you're missing out on something? Or maybe that you aren't dressed well enough to go inside? In this video my day job as a professor comes out a bit, and I share personal stories, my own journey into luxe, and how we can get into the places we rightfully deserve to shop, window shop or just browse.

Luxury shopping can be intimidating, even for the most experienced shopper. Many times we feel judged, feel uncomfortable, or find ourselves finding any excuse not to go shopping in a store we would REALLY like to go into.. but why? I believe this is created by and for the Houses, and not for the consumers. This is my advice and musings about how to feel comfortable shopping in luxury boutiques and my personal journey doing so.
