Welcome to Day 2 of your Fit&Flexi Kickstarter Plan. I'm Ali T, your PT in your pocket!
Today we are covering the basics of nutrition to help you to set healthy habits with food. A very simple way of creating a calorie deficit whilst still enjoying what you eat and not complicating things too much.
The easiest place to start with diet is to go back to basics:
Eat 3 healthy meals a day
Stick to healthy snacks
Plan meals in advance to avoid hanger eating
Remove craving temptation from your house
Plan your meals around protein, carbohydrates and fats
Enjoy the food you eat! Just stick to these basic principles and see how you get on. Combined with our workouts, your 2 litres of water and daily walk you should feel satisfied and create a calorie deficit allowing your body to loose weight comfortably.
