War. War never changes... but the Dwarf Bolt Thrower has! CA made an aggressive move and converted it to a same price, same tier, 8 artillery pieces on Ultra unit. Shall I call it the Fun-Sized Bolt Thrower? This makes it a lot more appropriate for helping whittle down thorny targets like cavalry and monstrous infantry, though you'll still want regular ranged support and, obviously, protection for your ranged assets, but at its price point? Yes, the Bolt Thrower can now justify its existence.
