Описание: My goal as an optometrist and public health advocate is to provide the highest level of early eye care interventions to enhance the quality of life for everyone.

The Dr. Stephanie Kirschbaum Living with Purpose Program Grant allows me to reflect on that mission and the passion behind my application. My vision extends beyond patient care; it is about creating a generation of systems-change leaders in the healthcare industry.

Healthcare has, for far too long, operated in siloed environments, where organizations work independently rather than collaboratively. This grant will allow me to take an idea and bring it to life by connecting corporate, non-profit, and healthcare organizations to utilize existing infrastructure and create a seamless, collaborative system that fills the gaps in care. No longer will patients fall through the cracks. No longer will there be broken healthcare.

A system built on collaboration, shared resources, and collective purpose will ensure that every person, regardless of insurance status or background, receives the same respect and dignity they deserve when receiving eye care services.

At the core of this initiative is my partnership with Parker Family Health Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing health services to underserved populations throughout New Jersey. Together, we seek to bridge gaps in care and ensure that individuals without access to eye care have a safe space within the community where those who are uninsured and underserved feel seen, cared for, and valued.
This submission reflects all that I believe in, living and leading with purpose, and I feel honored to be on this journey to make it happen.
