Lovely to see you here again. In this tutorial, I will show you an alternative method to create beautiful sails for your cake. In addition, I'll demonstrate how to achieve velvet texture on a buttercream cake using manual spray gun.
*** Velvet texture recipe for covering 5" cake.
150gr cocoa butter
150gr white chocolate.
Make sure both melted completely without any lumps before spraying. The leftover mixture can be used for the next cake. All you need to do is store in airtight container.

6gr wafer paper
100-110gr water
