This is a cake I have been wanting to do for a while because I have wanted to play with this Edible Velvet Texture Spray. While this is not a cheap product, but it is well worth it and believe me, I will be using it again soon! I also wanted to do this fondant decor in a similar way to another cake I did previously with wafer paper. I love both! The paper is more delicate, but it does work with fondant also.
