Really enjoy using this piece since I can load plates on the top and middle pegs and get some nice drop off going on. Standard Cable Lat Pulldowns don't tend to provide this drop off, which means to maximise challenge we have to break them into 2 parts - load the top, then a set to load the bottom. When a pulldown drops off, it better matches what we can produce in terms of torque and leads to a more efficient workout.
Note that there are many other factors to consider on this machine, these are just some of the main ones I find most useful.
