This 12-ish minute warm up is a great lower body warm up before any leg flexibility training. This routine has a special emphasis on your hip flexors (psoas), making it a great warm up before any deep lunge, or front split work.
Remember, the goal of a warm up is to literally warm up your muscles by getting your blood flowing, and muscles contracting, and starting to ease them through the ranges of motion you'll be using in your following exercise (whether that'll be a workout, a movement-related hobby, or "just" stretching). So a good goal is to be working hard enough to be at least a little out of breath!
