HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE Q&A - SIMPLE TIP TO GROW ARMS
This is my first Q&A where we discuss a simple tip for beginners struggling to gain
mass in their arms. There are many options to help break a plateau in your arms, first begin with making sure you're taking in enough calories and protein to actually build your muscle. If you feel you are still struggling try this tip on this video. I suggest 1 second up, 4 seconds down for every rep. Not only will this activate your slow-twitch fibers which I mentioned in the video may be lacking due to your training methods, BUT ALSO.... This will increase the 'Time Under Tension' for your muscles. The more time your muscle is under tension during an exercise the more muscle activation, hypertrophy and amino acid breakdown is taking place therefore you will be making the time in the gym more effective by working your muscles for a longer period of time during each set.
