In this resistance Band back Workout video, I teach you how to do 5 different exercises for your back. These exercises will help tone and strengthen your back. Here are the five exercises, Seated Row, Single Arm Row, Landmine Row, and Reverse Fly’s
A question you might be wondering is, “Why do I need 5 Different Exercises to work out my back?” That’s a great question. The reason why I have five exercises is that they target different parts of your back.
You see every single exercise on this list activates the many muscles that make up your back. For example, the resistance and shrug are trap exercises whereas the seated row is a lat exercise. If you want to tone and strengthen you back then you are going to need to select different exercises that will work all of those individual muscles
