We'll focus a lot on kettlebell swings, and as we progress, we'll advance the swings. But don't worry, if you find it too challenging, you can always revert back to the previous exercise!
This kettlebell full body workout is a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session, and HIIT is intense, so brace yourself and try to keep up! We're doing 2 rounds, with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest per exercise.
This is a full-body workout, so expect to break a good sweat by the end. I've designed it perfectly to build fitness, strength, and all-around conditioning. It's also a great workout for weight loss, as you'll burn a lot of calories!
