Kabocha is a type of squash. 
It’s known as Japanese pumpkin.
If you are not in Japan, and can’t find it, you can use buttercup squash instead.

1/3 (250〜300g/8.8〜10.6oz) Kabocha(Japanese pumpkin)
150g(5.3oz) Pancake mix
2 Eggs
40g(1.4oz) Granulated sugar
50g(1.7oz) Salad oil
A handful (30g/1oz) of Raisins
A handful(30g/1oz) of Walnuts
5 drops Vanilla oil
