In this video, I talk about a strategy we use in our salon to pre-book salon clients for their second appointment.
If you can get your clients to schedule their next appointment while they are in the salon, you will grow your clientele much faster. It is a lot easier to get clients to return, than to attract new clients.
If your client retention rate is between 40-60% you are right on the money. Anything less than that needs work, and this video will help.
