🔬 Clinical Strategy & Planning:
Non-Extraction Approach: We managed severe space deficiency by focusing on arch expansion (not too much!) rather than removing healthy teeth.

Precise IPR (Interproximal Reduction): As seen in the simulation, we utilized strategic IPR (ranging from 0.3mm to 0.4mm) to create the necessary space for tooth movement.

Arch Expansion: Watch how the posterior teeth are slightly expanded to widen the smile arch and provide the space required to resolve the anterior crowding.

Attachment Design: Notice the specific placement of attachments used to control complex movements like rotation and leveling of the crowded incisors.

0:31 - Upper Arch View: Observe the expansion from the occlusal perspective as the "V-shaped" arch transforms into a broader, more aesthetic "U-shape."

Final Result: A balanced, harmonious occlusion with improved health and aesthetics.

This case demonstrates that with the right digital planning and biomechanical strategy, even the most "impossible" crowding cases can be treated conservatively with Invisalign.
