In this clincheck simulation, we present a challenging Invisalign case featuring lower crowding and constricted arches. We demonstrate the ClinCheck simulation process, showcasing how we plan to implement interproximal reduction (IPR) — a technique involving the shaving of teeth to create space for correcting crowding.
Additionally, we will expand the arches slightly, with a maximum increase of 2 mm, to improve alignment. It's important to note that we won't fully correct the projection since our patient is an adult seeking only an improvement in her smile.
One of the most challenging aspects of this case is simultaneously intruding and aligning the lower incisors.
